FIT KID-TEEN PROGRAM
Fit Kid - Teen
When I started the program with Thomas last August I could only lift 40
kilos, says James, a 15-year-old High school student. Now I can lift 80 Kg.
I'm a lot stronger than I was six months ago. The exercises I do have
helped me become more confident and look better.
James has attended the normal gym class at school throughout his teens.
Six months ago he decided to get involved in the program, as he hoped to
improve his appearance, lose weight, and increase his strength. He's very
dedicated working out three days a week.
Working out has also helped James lose weight, feel great, increase
strength, and relax, he burns off stress and has fun exercising with
Thomas.
Sports Stress
James , like many other young guys, is interested in building more upper
body strength. But before he can do that, as part of the program met with
a personal trainer one-on one, where together they evaluated what
James goals are and set up a balanced, regular exercise and nutrition
program.
Thomas knows how important the right exercise program is for young
people.
Whether you're striving to have a great soccer, tennis, football season or
just want to help your child - teen learn what getting into shape is all
about, you should seek out professional advice from a knowledgeable
trainer who is experienced in and enjoys working with teens.
As more young people become interested in working out, it's crucial that
proper techniques be taught so that they do not do any damage to their
bodies and that is where the Kid -Teen Fit Program has been specially
designed for their needs.
Designing an exercise program that you can do correctly right away, while
helping you get in shape, is the goal of every trainer. With all the
pressures you experience at school, home and in your social lives, it's
important that your exercise program be a positive experience. ‘It's not
about comparing yourself to someone else,' Thomas says. ‘It's about
succeeding at your own pace.' Without self-motivation, however, even the
best exercise program won't work.
‘I want your child-teen to discover the joys of exercising and see it as a
way of keeping both body and mind healthy throughout their entire lives.
With proper technique your child-teen can develop healthy exercise
patterns that last a lifetime. Parents don't need to push your children into
exercise. You need to be encouraging and supportive while determining
what's best for everybody and that good nutritional programs with exercise
can be a reward that will carry over into adulthood.
If your child is between 10 & 18 years of age and you are interested in
getting him or her into shape, enrolled in this program.
