My name is Thomas Berube and I have trained in multiple fitness
disciplines such as bodybuilding, power lifting, Martial Arts, and strength
training. My vast knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and
nutrition makes me a well rounded trainer.
My style of training combines a unique blend of martial conditioning,
power strength training, and aerobic conditioning. I got my certification
as a trainer because I realized the importance of continuing to train the
body, not only to improve physical appearance but to instill a fit lifestyle
as well.
I currently Instruct a Physio ball class @ the Elliot Hospital in Manchester
NH. Physio includes a multi layer combination of Stability ball, Weight
training, step aerobics, and other fitness exercises . This helps shed the
pounds and increase cardiovascular fitness, as well as muscle tone.
I have helped many people over the years lose weight, increase their
fitness level, go the extra mile to keep the weight off, and keep their
fitness where it should be through support and motivation. With periodic
checks to ensure that they keep on the fit life path, of course.

Starting a program has put "healthy" back into my lifestyle. I wasn't
eating right or exercising regularly which made me unhappy with the
way I looked and felt. I have never worked with a personal trainer
before so I was a bit apprehensive. That disappeared as soon as I met
Thomas.
After just 6 weeks, I have lost 8.5 inches and 7.5 pounds of body fat!
Training with Thomas has been the key to my success! He has kept me
focused on good nutrition. My work out sessions with him have been
challenging and enjoyable. He is patient and knowledgeable. Tom's
enthusiasm helps push me to work hard during our scheduled time

Before college, I was apart of many sports teams and had my work cut
out for me. Once I graduated high school, I did not continue to diet and
exercise properly. I began to feel uncomfortable with myself and lacked
all motivation to change my lifestyle. The idea of hiring a trainer that I
had never met made me feal uncomfortable, but once I met Thomas all
of those feelings went away. He encouraged me to never give up and
provided me with the support and knowledge to get the lifestyle I had
once had back. Although tough at times, the custom workout plan
Thomas designed for me has gotten me even farther than I had ever
expected to be. Exercise is now part of my every day life and I’ve
learned to enjoy it. I am so grateful for the experience and where it has
gotten me. I’m leaving for Mexico this week and can’t wait to wear my
bathing suit!

Training for the Vermont International Bodybuilding contest was tough.
Thomas brought out the motivation and techniques in me to help place
first in the masters division , second in my weight class, and third over all.
Tom is a tough trainer but he helped me put together a dynamic training
routine that got me started on the road to my pro-card. I can't thank tom
